The Nitro Girls were a popular part of WCW’s Monday evening show that usually came out during commercial breaks to keep the fans interested and rowdy and for the most part, they succeeded. Today we ask ‘Whatever Happened to‘ the Nitro Girls.

If you were a fan of the Nitro Girls, certainly you had a favorite. Whether it was Spice, Fyre, Chae or any other member. We already took a look at what the “leader” of the Nitro Girls, Kimberly Page, is up to today so this piece will look at what the rest girls are up to doing nowadays. Some you may remember fondly, while others you may not remember at all.

AC Jazz

Amy Crawford was not only a featured dancer, but also the choreographer of the Nitro Girls from 1997 to 1999. She is now married with two children. She also works for a retirement home and resides in the state of Georgia.

Spice

Melissa Bellin was an original Nitro Girl from 1997 to 2000. She was arguably one of the most popular Nitro Girls of all time. She earned a doctorate in chiropractic medicine. Bellin is now married with a child and owns her own medical firm called the Functional Medicine Agency. She and her family reside in North Carolina.

Fyre

The resident redhead of the dance troupe was a Nitro Girl from 1997 to 1999. Teri Byrne is currently the Senior Director of Admissions at South University. She now resides in South Carolina. She is in a long-term relationship and has no children.

Tygress

Vanessa Sanchez was not only a Nitro girl from 1998 to 2000, she also worked as a valet/manager to the Filthy Animals faction in WCW. She is married and currently works in risk management for a financial institution in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tayo

Tayo Reed was an original member of the Nitro Girls from 1997 to 1998. After leaving the group, Tayo went on to opening her own dance studio called Tayo Reed’s International Academy of Dance. She resides in Georgia.

Chae An

Chae An was a Nitro Girl from 1997 to 2000. She was another extremely popular member of the group. Chae is now married with three children and living in the Dallas, Texas area.

Chameleon

Carmel Macklin was a Nitro Girl from 1999 to 2000. She also worked in WCW as a manager/valet to Ernest ‘the Cat’ Miller. Her other ring name was Ms. Jones. She is now the assistant principal of the Eagle Academy for Young Men. She resides in the New York city area.

Baby

Shannon McNeill was a Nitro Girl in 2000. She is now married and has a child. She currently works as an occupational therapist in North Carolina.

Chiquita

Chiquita Anderson was a Nitro Girl from 2000 to 2001. After the group disbanded, Chiquita founded I.G.E. aka Infinite Group East. It is a personal and professional management firm that represents actors and artists. Chiquita resides in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

Naughty A

Jamie Cragwall was a Nitro Girl from 2000 to 2001. She was the last girl ever chosen to be a part of the dance team before WCW folded. She is currently a client manager at a nutritional firm called Trinity Benefit Advisors. She resides in the Knoxville, Tennessee area.

Sapphire/Starr

Jennifer Bancale was a Nitro Girl from 2000 to 2001. She was first given the moniker of Sapphire but after the WWE threatened a lawsuit over the trademarked name, WCW changed it to Starr. Bancale now works as a physical therapist and lives in California.

Syren

Allison Pfau was a Nitro Girl from 2000 to 2001. Pfau also was involved in WCW storylines where she was the girlfriend of Reno from the Natural Born Thrillers. She now works for a retail company in Los Angeles, California.

Gold/Silver

Diane and Elaine Klimaszewski are twins who were briefly Nitro Girls in 2000. They left WCW to pursue other ventures such as acting and modeling. They did sign a WWE developmental deal but eventually left. They currently own their own fashion line.

Whisper

Rebecca Curci was a Nitro Girl from 1997 to 1999. She went on to marry former WWE wrestler Shawn Michaels. The couple have two children and reside in Texas.

Storm

Sharmell Sullivan was a Nitro Girl from 1998 to 1999. She went on to become a valet for ‘The Artist’ and also Booker T. She married Booker T and the couple have twins. They reside in Houston Texas.

Skye

Stacy Keibler was a Nitro Girl in 1999 after winning a Nitro Girl search contest. She then transitioned to a valet/wrestler for both WCW and the WWE. She also dated actor George Clooney for two years. She is now married, not to Clooney, and has a child. The couple all live in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

As you can see, all of the former Nitro Girls are doing very well for themselves. Whether they have become doctors, teachers, entrepreneurs or mothers, they have all turned out great!
