Top Five Pro Wrestler/Celebrity Hook Ups

In the past, we have looked at how many celebrities in Hollywood, music and sports are secret or even “outed” as pro wrestling fans. In some cases, these celebrity fans hook up with wrestling personalities. Some times it works out and other times it fizzles out. Today’s top five looks at some of these celebrity and pro wrestling hook ups over the years.

David Otunga and Jennifer Hudson

Former wrestler and WWE panelist David Otunga began dating Oscar winning actress and singer Jennifer Hudson back in 2008. The couple were engaged to marry, but never did. They did share a son together and were dating for almost 10 years. The relationship ended very bitterly in 2017. She claims he was mentally abusive and filed an order of protection against him. He claims she was having an affair with one of her record producers.

George Clooney and Stacy Keibler

Former WCW and WWE personality Stacy Keibler dated award winning actor George Clooney from 2011 until 2013. The reason for the split was due to Clooney not willing to commit further to Keibler. She wanted to get married and start a family and Clooney did not want any of that at the time.

Alex Rodriguez and Torrie Wilson

WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson dated baseball star Alex Rodriguez for over three years, starting in 2012 until 2015.The reason for their split was reportedly due to Rodriguez’s refusing to commit to marriage and his continued close relationship to his ex wife Cynthia for whom he had two daughters with. The latter issue reportedly caused a lot of friction between the couple and would often argue over it both privately and in public.

Dolph Ziggler and Amy Schumer

Dolph Ziggler dated comedienne/actress Amy Schumer for a few months in 2012. The reason they broke up…according to Schumer…was because Ziggler was way to athletic sexually. She could not keep up with him in bed and decided to break it off via text message. Schumer has used her relationship with Ziggler in her comedy act. The two remain on good terms.

Gino Hernandez and Farrah Fawcett

‘The Handsome Half Breed’ Gino Hernandez and actress Farrah Fawcett did indeed go on a few dates according to Jim Ross, Jack Brisco and Hernandez’s mother. Farrah was a big wrestling fan at the time and had been separated from her husband Lee Majors. The time frame for when the couple dated is around 1979/1980. It is unknown as to why Hernandez and Fawcett stopped dating.
