This is the 427th installment of the ‘Wrestling with Sin‘ series. A group of stories that delves into the darker, underbelly of pro wrestling. Many of the stories involve such subjects as sex, drugs, greed and in some cases even murder! As with every single story in the Sin series, I do not condone or condemn the alleged participants. We simply retell their stories by researching interviews, newspapers, magazines and various other sources of media.
Sister Act

WWE star Damian Priest has been accused by an ex girlfriend of cheating on her. The twist to this story, is that the girlfriend stated on social media that Priest not only cheated on her, but did so with two of her sisters.

The ex girlfriend made the accusation and added a series of texts that were allegedly of Priest and her sisters. The ex stated…”damianpriest I’m so glad my Bby sis kept receipts on that ass haha 😂 so u was talking to both my sisters there more coming.” Damian Priest has not acknowledged this alleged situation with any statement.
Abuse of Power

Korean born Japanese wrestling legend Riki Choshu made headlines in Japan in 2011 after an incident occurred at his home. In 2011, an emergency call was made from Choshu’s home. It was made by his daughter, who called to say that her father beat up her mother. Chushu allegedly grabbed his wife in a domestic dispute and allegedly slammed his wife into a wall breaking a few of her bones in the process.

This apparently wasn’t the first incident involving Riki Choshu and his wife. It was reported that his wife once reached out to her parents to please take her and her children in after Choshu allegedly beat her up in another domestic incident. Her parents reportedly told her to stop provoking the wrestler and return home where she belonged. It is unknown if any other abuse incidents happened after his daughter called emergency services. In 2019, after Riki Choshu retired from the wrestling ring…his wife was photographed hugging him at the retirement ceremony.
Rock N Roll Distress

The Rock n Roll Express of Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson were one of the most popular and successful tag teams of the 1980’s. While adored by many female wrestling fans…some of their male counterparts were not as enamored with the duo. One particular incident happened sometime in the mid 1980’s.
After a show in Harrisburg, Arkansas…a group of rowdy male fans confronted the the tag team and a scuffle ensued. The end result saw Gibson and Morton vandalize one of the fans vehicles breaking a window and doing other damage to it before taking off. An arrest warrant for vandalism was issued for both Morton and Gibson. No other details emerged in this case.
Vegas Or Bust

A wrestler/trainer on the New England independent wrestling scene named ‘Johnny Vegas’ has been accused by another wrestler of sexual misconduct. Wrestler Brad Cashew accused Johnny Vegas of inappropriate behavior towards him, his brother and other wrestlers training under Vegas. Cashew claims that when he first met Vegas and shook hands with the trainer…Vegas wouldn’t let go of Cashew’s hand and stared him in the eyes and allegedly asked how many times Cashew masturbated with this hand.

Cashew went on to claim that Vegas suggested that some of his trainees should wear jock straps to practice. He also claimed that Johnny Vegas was very touchy feely with some of the young male trainees and followed an 18 year old wrestler around the gym, ignoring other trainees. Cashew claimed that some wrestling schools turned a blind eye to Vegas’ alleged antics. Johnny Vegas was fired from some wrestling schools/promotions after the accusations were made against him. Johnny Vegas’ biggest claim to fame was being involved in a segment on WWE’s Monday Night Raw where he portrayed John Cena’s little league coach in 2011.

You know you’d think in this day and age, where just about anything and everything you do, especially if it’s bad, gets put out there on social media, ESPECIALLY if you’re a public figure, you’d try your best to stay on your best behavior. I know we’re all only human, but a lot of these celebs really should try harder to either be more discrete or simply just not do shit that can come back to bite them, like say cheating, domestic abuse, etc.

And let’s not confuse him with the English comedian of the same name.

Gibson and Morton are alive after that incident cos the males are jealous of the women cheering for a tag team.
