In the latest iinstalmentof ‘This Week in Wrestling’ Jame shares what wrestling taught him this week and asks an important question.

All that and more in the latest ‘This Week in Wrestling’
Jamie

“What that segment taught us…”

  • We can fight breast cancer by drinking wine, dancing badly and hitting each other with wine bottles
  • You can break a wine bottle on some’s ass
  • …or KLG and Hoda have hard asses…
  • Two middle-aged women drinking wine and dancing is exactly what WWE fans want to see…
  • WWE must be struggling for segments to populate its ‘Worst Segment Ever’ Countdown show…
  • The live crowd at Raw actually paid to sit through this segment
  • Kathie Lee Gifford’s mum is from Brooklyn

“What wrestling taught us this week…”

"Hmmm, how will I transport this across the city...?"

“Hmmm, how will I transport this across the city…?”

  • Either Dean Ambrose or John Cena is going straight to hell… via each other
  • Demons are not bound to ‘5 a day’
  • The Rock’s reasonable explanation for his dislike of Rusev makes Mark Henry look even more xenophobic in his dislike of the Bulgarian
  • Dean Ambrose has succeeded where so many wrestlers have failed – wet hair AND a dry t-shirt
  • Either Coney Island hotdog carts are extremely durable or Dean Ambrose managed to get one on the Subway… or in a taxi…
  • It’s alright for Mark Henry to repeatedly victimise and bully Bo Dallas, because he’s a babyface

Question of the Week

If Dean Ambrose left Raw some time after 8pm then why did he, and several other commuters, have sunglasses on? Moreover, why were Ambrose, and these other people, wearing sunglasses on the subway?

  1. When I talk about the Kathie Lee Gifford bit, I paraphrase Jim Cornette: “It’s at times like this that I think to myself, ‘My god, Dana White’s a genius. He took the wrestling business from us since we don’t use it anymore.'”

When people flip channels and see this on the WWE, they don’t see a company making ALL of wrestling look bad; they see think all wrestling is this silly and phony.
