The Next Generation of Wrestlers You May Not Have Heard Of…Yet. Volume 7

Professional wrestling has been filled with second, third and even fourth generation wrestlers. Some have made it bigger than their family members, while others have flopped badly. We have already covered six installments of this in past with Volume 1Volume 2Volume 3Volume 4Volume 5 and Volume 6. Some made it, while others faltered. These up and coming generational wrestlers are for the most part lesser known than say the more established ones like The Rock, Bray Wyatt and Joe Hennig. Who will rise and who will fall in the latest list of pro wrestlers with a legacy to uphold?

Fargo Fulton – Son of Bobby Fulton

Fargo Fulton is the son of former Fantastics Bobby Fulton. Fargo was trained by his father and the late Jackie Fargo in 2015. He has served as both a manager and as a wrestler. He is currently working on the independent scene.

Hook – Son of Taz

Tyler Senerchia is the son of ‘The Human Suplex Machine’ Taz. He goes by the name of ‘Hook’ and appears regularly on AEW’s Dynamite as a member of his father’s faction ‘Team Taz.’ Hook has been training with Dustin Rhodes and Jerry Lynn.

Elektra Lopez – Daughter of Steve King

Karissa Rivera is a 2nd generation wrestler who is the daughter of WWF enhancement talent from the 70’s and 80’s known as Steve King. King’s real name is Jose Rivera. Karissa currently works for the NXT brand of WWE under the name of Elektra Lopez. Se as trained in 2018 and has wrestled for Ring of Honor before signing a WWE developmental deal.

Brock Anderson – Son of Arn Anderson

Brock Anderson is the son of ‘The Enforcer’ Arn Anderson. Brock has been training with Dustin Rhodes and Jerry Lynn and will be featured on AEW television.

Jennifer Cantu – Daughter of El Bronco

Jennifer Michell Cantu Iglesias is a 2nd generation wrestler who is the daughter of Mexican wrestler El Bronco. Jennifer started her training in 2019 in Mexico under CMLL ring announcer Tony Salazar. She has since signed a WWE developmental deal in February of 2021.

Katie Hebner – Daughter of Earl Hebner

Katie Hebner is the daughter of Hall of Fame referee Earl Hebner, niece to referee Dave Hebner and sister to Impact referee Brian Hebner. Instead of officiating like her family, Katie is trying her hand at wrestling. She has been trained by Cody Rhodes and currently wrestles on the independent circuit.

Colten Gunn – Son of Billy Gunn

Colten Sopp is the son of former WWE and current AEW wrestler/ trainer Billy Gunn. He is also the brother of AEW wrestler Austin Gunn. Colten was trained to become a wrestler by his father and is currently teaming with his dad and brother in a team called the Gunn Club for All Elite Wrestling.

Victoria Hall – Daughter of Jillian Hall

Victoria Hall is the daughter of former WWE wrestler Jillian Hall. She just began her career in 2020 and wrestles for various independent promotions.

Jenni Santana – Daughter of Tito Santana

Jennifer Haas is the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Tito Santana. It was only revealed a few years ago that Tito and Jennifer were father and daughter through a DNA test. Haas has a background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She recently decided to try to follow in Tito’s footsteps and began training for a possible career in pro wrestling. She currently will be training in her hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada.

“-1” Brodie Lee Jr. – Son of Brodie Lee

Brodie Lee Jr is the son of the late Jon Huber aka Brodie Lee fka Luke Harper in WWE. While not officially a wrestler yet….Brodie Jr did sign an AEW contract and has every intention of following in his father’s footsteps one day. Brodie Jr said….“There is zero percent chance I’m going to be anything else but a professional wrestler, I have been doing wrestling since I was one. I’ve watched wrestling since I was one. I’ve done it, and I’m going to do it because my dad did it. I’m not going to stop and not relive his legacy.”

    • I definitely like that he’s got such a great support system for him & his family thanks to Khan, whether he chooses to follow in his dad’s footsteps or not. But should he decide to? He’ll definitely have some the best trainers training him.
